Pricing Overlay

في هذه الصفحة
The Pricing Overlay shows live prices directly on the model: hover any part for its price, hold Alt for cabinet totals, hold Shift for a price map of the whole model, and click through to breakdowns. Activate it from the Cabybara toolbar or menu ("Pricing Overlay"). How the prices are computed is described on the pricing overview.
A mode badge in the top-left corner always shows the current mode: PANEL, or CABINET while Alt is held.
Hovering
The hovered panel highlights with a state color and a floating price tag ("25,000 IQD" or "no price"):
- Teal - priced.
- Amber - no stock assigned.
- Red - the stock is missing from the catalog, or has no usable rate.
The tooltip explains the price: the part, its stock, the price and the math behind it ("0.48 m2 x 25,000/m2" for sheet goods, "1,500 per piece" for hardware, "2.4 m x 150,000/m" for marble and solid wood), plus the cabinet it belongs to. The measurement box at the bottom right mirrors the exact figure under a "Price" label.
Alt (hold) switches to cabinet mode: the whole cabinet gets a bounding box and a tag with its total, and the tooltip adds a warning with the count of unpriced parts.
Shift (hold) builds the price map: every cabinet (and every priced standalone panel) gets a price tag, a banner at the top center shows the grand total plus an unpriced-part count, and the status bar adds the priced/unpriced tally. Only problem parts are tinted - amber for no stock, red for no rate - so anything colored needs attention. The map covers root-level cabinets and groups up to four levels deep; the kitchen shell is skipped.
Clicking
- Click a panel - opens the Price Info window with that panel's breakdown.
- Alt+Click a cabinet - opens the Price Info window with the cabinet's breakdown.
- Ctrl+Click while hovering a panel or cabinet - opens the full Customer Pricing report.
Escape exits the tool entirely. Prices are cached for speed, and the cache refreshes itself when the stock catalog changes while the tool is active ("Pricing: stock catalog changed - prices refreshed").
The Price Info window
A small reusable window ("Cabybara Price Info") that shows the last clicked part or cabinet:
- Cabinet view - total price, Materials and Hardware subtotals, and one row per part (name, type, stock, price; unpriced parts show a dash). The header warns with the unpriced count.
- Panel view - the full calculation, line by line: Stock (with a "(missing from catalog)" warning when the entry is gone), Basis (the rate math), Raw cost, Markup (the flat amount or percent that applied), and the final Price.
Buttons: the refresh arrow re-prices the shown entity after stock or geometry edits (the window is a snapshot - it does not update by itself), "Full Report" opens the Customer Pricing report, and "Zoom to Cabinet/Panel" selects the entity and moves the camera to it. If the shown entity was deleted or undone, the window says so and asks you to click another part.
All prices are whole IQD figures; margins and rates are configured in the stock catalog and Settings.
