Customer Pricing

The Customer Pricing report turns the model into a quote: per-cabinet prices with profit margins included, a printable quotation and a CSV export. Open it from the Cabybara toolbar or menu ("Customer Pricing"), from the Pricing Overlay (Ctrl+Click), or from the Price Info window's "Full Report" button. It deliberately shows customer prices only - production detail and raw costs live in the Production Report.

Layout

The toolbar has Refresh, a scope toggle (Entire Model / Selection Only - a selected cabinet and its own panels are never double-counted), a static IQD badge and the Export menu. Summary cards show Cabinets (with a "+ N panels" note when standalone panels exist), Materials, Hardware and Total Price. A warning banner appears whenever unpriced parts exist, listing examples: "N part(s) have no price and are NOT included in these totals ... assign stocks / rates in the Stock Catalog."

Three tabs:

• By Cabinet - one collapsible row per cabinet (name, type, dimensions, a warning chip with its unpriced count, total, and a zoom-to-cabinet button), expanding to a parts table (Part, Stock, Size, Price) with Material / Hardware / Total subtotals. Standalone panels group under "Standalone / Custom Panels".
• By Stock - one row per stock used (Stock Material, Type, Qty, Area, Total Price), materials before hardware, with a Grand Total. Parts with no stock (or a deleted stock) get their own zero-total rows named after the panel type, so nothing disappears from the tab.
• Summary - the price breakdown, cabinets ranked by price, and key metrics (counts, stock types used, average price per cabinet - real cabinets only).

Prices refresh only on the Refresh button or a scope change - hit Refresh after editing the model, catalog or settings.

Export

• Print / PDF - builds a client-facing quotation and opens it in the browser (print or save as PDF from there). It shows one line per cabinet - Item, Type, Dimensions, Price - never internal part details; standalone panels appear as one aggregate "Standalone / Custom Panels" line and an "Additional Panels" summary row. Then a summary block, the grand total, and a red warning line if any part was unpriced. The header carries your company name and the footer note from Settings (Pricing tab), a quote number (Q-YYYYMMDD-HHMM, regenerated on each refresh - there is no quote history) and the date.
• CSV - a spreadsheet with one row per part (Cabinet, Part, Stock, Type, Dimensions, Price), per-cabinet TOTAL rows, a GRAND TOTAL, a by-stock block, and a WARNING row when parts were unpriced. Written UTF-8 with BOM so Arabic names open correctly in Excel.

Where the numbers come from

Rates, margins and the unpriced rules are described on the pricing overview. In short: raw cost per stock type, then the stock's flat profit or percent (an explicit 0 sells at cost), else the global default (Settings, factory 30%); every part rounds to whole IQD before summing so all tabs and exports agree.
