Wardrobe Cabinet (WRC)

A closed full-height shell (top, bottom, sides, fiber back) with full-height doors and an integrated drawer module in the lower portion. The module has its own sides and an extended top; four corner posts fill the side-inset gaps and support that top. Drawer fronts are recessed so the wardrobe doors close over them, and the gap between fronts acts as the finger pull. Shelves go in the upper section above the module.
Dimensions
Width - number, mm, default 800, min 150. Outer cabinet width.
Height - number, mm, default 2200, min 100. Outer cabinet height.
Depth - number, mm, default 560, min 100. Outer cabinet depth, front to back.
Panel Thickness - number, mm, default 18, min 5, max 50. One thickness drives every carcass panel, shelf, divider and rail. Doors have their own Door Thickness.
Drawer Module
The inset drawer module sits in the lower portion of the wardrobe behind the full-height doors. Its sides rest on the wardrobe bottom (no module bottom panel), its top spans the full inner width, and four corner posts fill the side-inset gaps and support that top. Drawer fronts are recessed; the gap between them acts as the finger pull.
Module Height - number, mm, default 760. Nominal module height. The module sides span this height minus one panel thickness (they carry the module top).
Module Depth - number, mm, default 460. Outer depth of the drawer module.
Side Inset (per side) - number, mm, default 50. Gap between each module side and the wardrobe's inner side. The corner posts fill this gap.
Top Front Extension - number, mm, default 18. Forward overhang of the module top past the module sides, covering the drawer fronts from above. Defaults to the panel thickness.
Drawer Count - number, default 4, min 1, max 8. Number of stacked drawers in the module.
Drawer Box Height - number, mm, default 120. Height of the drawer box sides (not the visible front).
Drawer Depth - number, mm, default 430. Depth of the drawer boxes; must fit inside the module depth.
Drawer Front Height - number, mm, default 148. Visible height of each drawer front. Fronts plus gaps must fit the module side height; the defaults fit four drawers exactly.
Drawer Front Gap - number, mm, default 37.5. Vertical gap between drawer fronts (and the default top gap) - this gap is the finger pull.
Support Rail Width - number, mm, default 50. Corner post width. The default equals the side inset so the posts fill the gap completely; it may not exceed the side inset.
Support Rail Depth - number, mm, default 18. Corner post depth, matching the panel thickness by default.
Drawer Rail Hardware - stock picker, default Catalog drawer-rail default. Drawer-rail hardware from the stock catalog; two rails are placed per drawer, each priced per unit. None places no rails.
Drawer back space - number, mm, default 18. Height of the drawer's fiber floor above the drawer bottom, together with the drawer cutting tool space. Independent of the cabinet's Back Spacing.
Drawer cutting tool space - number, mm, default 4.1. CNC tool clearance for the drawer's fiber-floor groove.
Drawer fiber thickness - number, mm, default 4.1, min 1. Thickness of the drawer's fiber floor sheet and its groove width.
Drawer fiber groove depth - number, mm, default 10, min 1. How far the drawer floor extends into the drawer panels on each side.
Back Spacing
Back Space plus Cutting Tool Space defines the back inset: the plane where the fiber back panel sits and where shelves stop at the back.
Back Space - number, mm, default 18. Depth reserved at the back for the fiber panel: the distance from the cabinet's back edge to the fiber back panel.
Cutting Tool Space - number, mm, default 4.1. Extra CNC tool clearance added around the fiber groove.
Shelves
Shelves are spaced evenly with equal clear heights. Shelf depth is the cabinet depth minus the shelf front inset and the back inset. At least 50 mm of clear height per shelf gap is enforced; too many shelves for the height is a validation error.
Add shelves - checkbox, default on. Adds shelves; the count field appears while checked.
Number of Shelves - number, default 2, min 0, max 10. Number of shelves, spaced evenly. Shown while Add shelves is checked. Shelves in the upper section, above the drawer module.
Shelf front inset - number, mm, default 10. Setback of the shelves from the carcass front edge.
Back Panel (Fiber)
The fiber back is a thin sheet seated in grooves: it is oversized by the groove depth on every captured edge and the surrounding panels get matching grooves. Its position comes from the Back Spacing section.
Add fiber back panel - checkbox, default on. Adds the thin fiber back panel. The fields below appear while checked.
Fiber Thickness - number, mm, default 4.1, min 1. Thickness of the fiber sheet, and the width of the grooves that hold it. Shown while Add fiber back panel is checked.
Fiber Extension (Groove) - number, mm, default 10, min 1. How far the fiber extends into the surrounding panels on each side. With grooves enabled they are cut to this same depth; without them the fiber simply stays oversized. Shown while Add fiber back panel is checked.
Cut grooves in surrounding panels - checkbox, default on. When unchecked, the fiber stays oversized but no grooves are cut into the surrounding panels - use for back-overlap assembly together with Back Space set to 0. Shown while Add fiber back panel is checked.
Doors
Doors sit side by side. Door height is the cabinet height minus the top and bottom spacing; door width divides the cabinet width minus all left/right spacings by the door count. "Right" spacing is the viewer's right when facing the cabinet. When Gola is enabled, the Gola gap is added to the door top spacing.
Add doors - checkbox, default on. Adds the doors; the fields below appear while checked.
Number of Doors - number, default 2, min 1, max 6. Number of side-by-side doors. Shown while Add doors is checked.
Door Thickness - number, mm, default 18, min 5. Door panel thickness, independent of the carcass panel thickness. Shown while Add doors is checked.
Door Spacing (Uniform / Individual) - number, mm. Reveal around the doors. Uniform applies one value to all sides; Individual (the default mode) sets Top, Bottom, Left and Right separately - defaults 0 top and bottom, 1.5 left and right. Sides are the viewer's left/right facing the cabinet. Shown while Add doors is checked.
Hinge Stock - stock picker, default Catalog hinge default. Hinge hardware from the stock catalog, placed at each door's hinge side and priced per hinge. None places no hinges. Shown while doors are enabled.
Hinges per Door - number, default 4, min 0, max 6. Hinges placed per door. Shown while doors are enabled.
Glass Panel Cutout
Cuts a rectangular opening through each door, leaving a frame for a glass insert. The offsets are the distance from each door edge to the opening. Offsets are validated against the door size (twice the offset must stay under the door dimension).
Enable glass panel cutout - checkbox, default off. Cuts the glass opening in each door. Offsets appear while checked - Uniform for one value on all sides, Individual (default) for Top, Bottom, Left, Right separately; all default to 50.
Handles and Gola
Gola is an integrated finger pull - a notch cut into the side panels at the front (Cut Height down from the top, Cut Depth toward the back) plus two rails at each Gola position: a horizontal bottom rail and a vertical lip at the back of the cut. The Gola gap is the finger opening above the doors or between drawer fronts. Handles and hinges are hardware placed from the stock catalog; they carry their stock id for pricing.
Add Handle - checkbox, default off. Places a handle bar on each door from the selected Handle Stock, priced per handle - vertical at the opening edge on hinged doors, horizontal and centered on drawer fronts. The stock picker appears while checked.
Legs
Legs are placed 50 mm in from the cabinet corners; a 5th and 6th leg go front and back center. Their length comes from the selected leg stock's catalog length - with no leg stock selected (or a stock without a length), no legs are generated. When placing the cabinet, it is lifted so the legs rest on the clicked plane.
Leg Stock - stock picker, default Catalog leg default. Leg hardware from the stock catalog; the leg length comes from the stock's catalog entry. None generates no legs.
Leg Count - number, default 0, min 0, max 6. Number of legs. Floor types default to 4; wall-hung types default to 0.
Materials, Tags and Stocks
Three assignments per part group. Material is the visual finish only - leave it as None to use the assigned Stock's catalog material. Tag sets the part's SketchUp tag (model organization and visibility). Stock selects the catalog sheet the part is cut from - it drives nesting (which sheet the panel lands on) and pricing. One Uniform/Individual toggle switches between a single Frame row for the whole carcass and one row per part group. The separate rows (Fiber, Door, and where present Gola Rail or the HDF rows) always apply regardless of the toggle.
