A ground-style cabinet with vertical dividers where each column holds its own independent stack of drawers - for example 1 divider with 2 drawers per column gives a 2x2 grid. The drawer front count per column is set individually in the Drawers section.

Hinge, handle and drawer-rail hardware is not generated for the drawer fronts of this type, so those pickers do not appear (Gola remains available).

Dimensions

Width - number, mm, default 900, min 150. Outer cabinet width.

Height - number, mm, default 760, min 100. Outer cabinet height.

Depth - number, mm, default 560, min 100. Outer cabinet depth, front to back.

Panel Thickness - number, mm, default 18, min 5, max 50. One thickness drives every carcass panel, shelf, divider and rail. Doors have their own Door Thickness.

Cabinet Options

Enclosed frame (no open top) - checkbox, default off. Builds a fully closed carcass instead of the open-top ground-style frame. Replaces the support rails with a full top panel.

Support and Rails

This section is hidden while Enclosed frame is checked (the full top panel replaces the rails).

Countertop Support Depth - number, mm, default 70. How far the front countertop-support strip extends inward (front to back). When Gola is enabled, the strip is pushed back by the Gola cut depth.

Back Rail Depth - number, mm, default 70. How far the top back rail extends downward from the cabinet top.

Back Spacing

Back Space plus Cutting Tool Space defines the back inset: the plane where the fiber back panel sits and where shelves stop at the back.

The drawer grid has no shelves - here the inset positions the fiber back panel and the dividers.

Back Space - number, mm, default 18. Depth reserved at the back for the fiber panel: the distance from the cabinet's back edge to the fiber back panel.

Cutting Tool Space - number, mm, default 4.1. Extra CNC tool clearance added around the fiber groove.

Vertical Dividers

Divider centers sit at equal fractions of the cabinet width, so they line up with the door seams. Each compartment must keep at least 50 mm of clear width; too many dividers is a validation error.

The divider count sets the number of drawer columns.

Add vertical dividers - checkbox, default on. Adds vertical dividers; the count appears while checked.

Number of Dividers - number, default 1, min 0, max 5. Number of dividers; N dividers make N+1 compartments, with divider centers aligned to the door seams. Shown while Add vertical dividers is checked.

Divider front inset - number, mm, default 0. Setback of the dividers from the carcass front edge, independent of the shelf front inset - keep 0 to flush dividers with the front.

Back Panel (Fiber)

The fiber back is a thin sheet seated in grooves: it is oversized by the groove depth on every captured edge and the surrounding panels get matching grooves. Its position comes from the Back Spacing section.

Add fiber back panel - checkbox, default on. Adds the thin fiber back panel. The fields below appear while checked.

Fiber Thickness - number, mm, default 4.1, min 1. Thickness of the fiber sheet, and the width of the grooves that hold it. Shown while Add fiber back panel is checked.

Fiber Extension (Groove) - number, mm, default 10, min 1. How far the fiber extends into the surrounding panels on each side. With grooves enabled they are cut to this same depth; without them the fiber simply stays oversized. Shown while Add fiber back panel is checked.

Doors

Doors sit side by side. Door height is the cabinet height minus the top and bottom spacing; door width divides the cabinet width minus all left/right spacings by the door count. "Right" spacing is the viewer's right when facing the cabinet. When Gola is enabled, the Gola gap is added to the door top spacing.

The "Doors" count shown is derived - it is the total of the per-column drawer counts, and the fronts are drawer fronts.

Add doors - checkbox, default on. Adds the doors; the fields below appear while checked.

Door Thickness - number, mm, default 18, min 5. Door panel thickness, independent of the carcass panel thickness. Shown while Add doors is checked.

Door Spacing (Uniform / Individual) - number, mm. Reveal around the doors. Uniform applies one value to all sides; Individual (the default mode) sets Top, Bottom, Left and Right separately - defaults 0 top and bottom, 1.5 left and right. Sides are the viewer's left/right facing the cabinet. Shown while Add doors is checked.

Drawers

Each drawer is a box of carcass-thickness sides, front and back with a thin fiber floor seated in grooves. A fixed 98 mm rail allowance is subtracted from the cabinet width to size the box interior. "Drawer Box Height" is the height of the box sides; "Drawer Front Height" is the visible front panel - the two are independent.

Set the drawer count for each column independently; change the divider count to change the number of columns.

Drawer Box Height - number, mm, default 150. Height of the drawer box sides (not the visible front).

Drawer Depth - number, mm, default 450. Depth of the drawer boxes.

Drawer Front Gap - number, mm, default 3. Vertical gap between adjacent drawer fronts.

Column drawer counts - list of numbers, default 2, min 0, max 8. One count per column (columns come from the divider count). At least one column must contain drawers.

Drawer back space - number, mm, default 18. Height of each drawer's fiber floor above the drawer bottom, together with the drawer cutting tool space. Independent of the cabinet's Back Spacing.

Drawer cutting tool space - number, mm, default 4.1. CNC tool clearance for the drawer's fiber-floor groove.

Drawer fiber thickness - number, mm, default 4.1, min 1. Thickness of the drawer's fiber floor sheet and its groove width.

Drawer fiber groove depth - number, mm, default 10, min 1. How far the drawer floor extends into the drawer panels on each side.

Handles and Gola

Gola is an integrated finger pull - a notch cut into the side panels at the front (Cut Height down from the top, Cut Depth toward the back) plus two rails at each Gola position: a horizontal bottom rail and a vertical lip at the back of the cut. The Gola gap is the finger opening above the doors or between drawer fronts. Handles and hinges are hardware placed from the stock catalog; they carry their stock id for pricing.

Add Gola handle - checkbox, default off. Enables the Gola profile; the fields below appear while checked.

Gola Gap - number, mm, default 30. Vertical finger-pull opening above the doors or drawer fronts - added to the door top spacing. Shown while Add Gola handle is checked.

Cut Height - number, mm, default 70. Gola cut height, measured downward from the cabinet top. Shown while Add Gola handle is checked.

Cut Depth - number, mm, default 50. Gola cut depth, from the front edge toward the back. Shown while Add Gola handle is checked.

Rail Thickness - number, mm, default 18. Thickness of the Gola rail panels. Shown while Add Gola handle is checked.

Legs

Legs are placed 50 mm in from the cabinet corners; a 5th and 6th leg go front and back center. Their length comes from the selected leg stock's catalog length - with no leg stock selected (or a stock without a length), no legs are generated. When placing the cabinet, it is lifted so the legs rest on the clicked plane.

Leg Stock - stock picker, default Catalog leg default. Leg hardware from the stock catalog; the leg length comes from the stock's catalog entry. None generates no legs.

Leg Count - number, default 4, min 0, max 6. Number of legs. Floor types default to 4; wall-hung types default to 0.

Materials, Tags and Stocks

Three assignments per part group. Material is the visual finish only - leave it as None to use the assigned Stock's catalog material. Tag sets the part's SketchUp tag (model organization and visibility). Stock selects the catalog sheet the part is cut from - it drives nesting (which sheet the panel lands on) and pricing. One Uniform/Individual toggle switches between a single Frame row for the whole carcass and one row per part group. The separate rows (Fiber, Door, and where present Gola Rail or the HDF rows) always apply regardless of the toggle.

With Enclosed frame checked, the Bottom and Support Rails rows are replaced by a single Top/Bottom row.

Individual part group rows for this type: Sides, Bottom, Top/Bottom, Support Rails, Dividers, Drawer Frame.

Separate rows (always active): Fiber, Door, Gola Rail.
